Nous sommes trois apiculteurs indépendants, qui avons mis en commun leurs outils de travail, pour récolter et mettre en pots leurs miels, dans un seul et unique lieu.
Nous nous occupons d'une certaine de ruches, réparties sur plusieurs lieux autour de Reims.

Pour une production variée, nous déménageons nos colonies d'abeilles plusieurs fois au cours de la saison.

Description: Smoked salmon strings in wooden case and sliced plate
Packaged in boxes under ice as soon as they come out of the water, the salmon are shipped fresh and gutted from Norway or Scotland to our workshops.
Salted with dry salt, the salmon is then dried and slowly cold-smoked with beechwood shavings.
Consume within 15 days of receiving your parcel.
Take the product out of the fridge 15 minutes before consumption.
